Cheviot Apartments is a 2,400 square foot brick four-unit building constructed in 1956, located in Green Township, Hamilton County, Ohio. When Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority acquired it in 2014, they contracted with Titan to bring it up to their high standards for affordable housing. Titan, serving as GC and self-performing much of the work, totally renovated the property inside and out, on time and on budget. Cheviot Apartments is a good example of our commitment to serving every need of our clients, on projects large and small.
